BIC Pulley lagging solutions. In addition to conventional pulley lagging sheets, pulley lagging is available in easy to apply strips of Approx. 200 mm wide and lengths to suit the pulley. This solution has proved to be extremely easy and quick to apply. Pulley lagging is available in various grades to suit all applications and with ceramic wear tiles. BIC has introduced its Quick lag solution for pulleys that use mechanical retainers to mount hot lagged rubber sheets on a metal back plate. This design is suitable for all applications especially when high capacity, high belt speeds are involved where cold lagging of pulleys are not effective. The added benefit is that no special skills are required to mount the Lagging and can be done in a very short time.

Diamond Pattern: Ideal for small diameter Pulleys on system with black conveyor belt. It prevents belts from slipping and increases the drive traction of the pulley.

Plain Pattern lagging: Idle for consistently dirty applications to prevent build up and shed excess material.
